CELLOS – Summer and Studio
Aimed at all young top-level instrumentalists completing their final studies and looking to acquire an in-depth orchestral experience, offering the opportunity to perfect orchestral technique via a side-by-side Academy at the Philharmonie de Paris.
Summer Academy
- Dates: 1 to 6 September 2026 (included)
- Musical Direction: Klaus Mäkelä (Musical Director) & Olha Dondyk (Lauréate Maestra 2024)
- Repertoire: Saint-Saëns – Symphonie n°3 / Honegger – Symphonie n°3
- Recruiting: 4 cellos
- Accommodation and meals provided; possibility to apply for travel aid
Studio Academy
From January to June 2027 (included)
5 string laureates will take part in the Orchestra’s activities and receive coaching and professional development.
