Contrabassoon – Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra
The LPO is a full-time orchestra featuring a thirty-six-week season that encompasses classics, pops, opera, and education concerts, along with a variety of other performances. In addition to salary, the LPO provides a comprehensive benefits package including fully paid major medical group insurance, instrument insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and contributions to the AFM union pension plan.
To audition, please email a one-page resume no later than Monday, May 4, 2026. In addition to your resume, please mail a refundable $50 deposit check to be postmarked no later than Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
