Durham Fellowship – Cello – The Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle
Durham Fellowships are available to string players who have graduated from college, university, or conservatory, and are between the ages of 22 and 30. Fellows perform with the orchestra, gaining professional training and experience on stage and in the pit. Fellows also dedicate significant time as a string quartet, presenting to local students and performing on various COT series.
Primary Objectives
- Deepen The COT’s local community engagement through educational programs
- Provide emerging musicians with professional orchestral experience
- Create a vibrant musical presence in the Durham community
