Join the Grafenegg Academy, a prestigious international orchestral residency for exceptional young professional musicians (up to age 35).
2026 Program
In 2026, participants collaborate with composer Georg Friedrich Haas and conductor Ilan Volkov on the world premiere of Hyena II—a major new orchestral work—and perform it alongside works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Anton Webern.
Funding
Fully funded participation includes:
- Accommodation and meals
- Local transport
- Travel reimbursement
- Financial allowance of approximately €850
