Principal Horn
Opera Ballet Vlaanderen (OBV) is looking for two 1st horn positions:
- Principal Horn
- 1st / 3rd Horn (Assistant Leader)

Audition
Date: 30 April 2026
One audition will be organised; the programme for both positions is the same. A preselection will be made based on CV. There is also the possibility to submit a video recording.
Important Note
Productions are regularly scheduled that are expected to be performed on natural horn. Candidates are therefore expected to be able to play natural horn as well. At the audition, it is not mandatory to play the natural horn in the orchestra excerpts which can be played on both modern or natural horn. This will be assessed during the evaluation period in the first season.
