Retail Sales Assistant (Oboe Specialist)
Howarth of London is the UK’s foremost manufacturer of premium Oboes and a specialist retailer of woodwind instruments. Based in our London showrooms on Chiltern Street, the successful candidate will join a small, dedicated team responsible for all aspects of retail sales — confidently handling in-store, telephone, and email enquiries while upholding our well-established reputation for exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries across in-store, telephone, and email channels
- Test and set up instruments; maintain attractive shop displays
- Keep the showroom clean and well organised
- Process regular stock deliveries
Prior retail experience is an advantage, though not essential. A strong musical background — particularly in woodwind — would be highly valued.
