Compensation & Season
The 2026-2027 season salary is $43,776.00. The season is 36 weeks with three paid vacation weeks.
Benefits include full individual medical insurance, disability, instrument insurance, and pension contributions to AFM-EPF, plus a $450.00 annual Electronic Media Guarantee.
If a position is won by a current member, the resulting vacancy may be offered to a runner-up.
