Overview
The Concertgebouworkest Academy offers a full-time contract for 10 months. All participants are required to be present in the Netherlands during this entire period and to participate in all activities offered.
Compensation
The Academy offers each participant a salary of €2,431.57 gross per month (10 months). Academists are responsible for obtaining their own health insurance and housing in Amsterdam.
Eligibility Requirements
Musicians who meet the following criteria may apply:
- Not older than 26 years of age as of September 1, 2026
- Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree or are currently studying for a Master’s degree
- Hold nationality of a European Union country, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland, OR already possess a valid Dutch working permit
Important: A student, work, or residence permit from another EU country will not be accepted.
