Introduction
Flutist Alysa Treber is a performer and teacher based in Los Angeles. An active performer, she can be heard on upcoming indie films, and plays with orchestras in the greater Southern California region. Alysa also teaches private lessons, and serves as an adjudicator and clinician.
A fierce advocate for performing new works of music, Alysa has premiered pieces by Steven Luksan, Tom Childs and others.
Alysa studied with Donna Shin at the University of Washington, as well as with Richard Sherman at Michigan State University.
