Introduction
As a player I’ve been very fortunate to perform with groups such as the American Youth Symphony, Adrian Symphony, Ann Arbor Symphony, Detroit Symphony. Toured with Hans Zimmer Live, soloed at the ASCAP Music Screen Awards, played on movies film scores such as Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men Tell No Tales, The God Particle along with commercials, CD’s, demos and more. I am a musician first and a trumpet player second and that is how I approach all aspects on my music. I’m a well rounded player who works hard at his craft and continues to strive to improve day in and day out and look forward to what the future has to hold.
I have won multiple national competitions and continue to work diligently at my craft of music as my career continues to grow and expand. While playing and teaching in the state of Michigan I had a private studio of over 20 students ranging from 4th grade-seniors in high school. My students were routinely principals of their sections and made all-city and all-state groups. My goal is to invest in the individual and to teach life lessons through music that no matter the students future they can carry on to whatever career path they move on to.
