Introduction
Originally from Hong Kong, Ho Hin Kwong is currently the Second Horn of Annapolis Symphony Orchestra and has been actively performing across North America and Asia. Kwong first came to the United States in 2019 to study French horn performance with Michelle Baker. He soon won the horn fellow position of The Orchestra Now (TŌN) in 2020, a training orchestra based at Bard College, NY, and has performed intensively in the New York region including at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, TŌN’s home base at the Frank Gehry-designed Fisher Center at Bard, and beyond. After finishing his fellowship at TŌN in 2023, Kwong moved to Philadelphia to study with Randy Gardner while holding substitute position with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra, Opera Philadelphia, North Carolina Symphony, New World Symphony, and Symphony in C. Kwong has also recently expanded his professional appearance outside the US to Canada, performing with the National Arts Centre Orchestra in Ottawa, Ontario.
