Introduction
Hello, my name is Holden Delvalle Bitner (he/him) and I live in Nashville, Tennessee, where I grew up. I earned a M.M. in cello performance in 2019 from FSU where I studied with Greg Sauer. I also hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, where I double majored in International Studies and Spanish. I currently play with the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra, and am the assistant principal cellist of the Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra. I have also played with the Richmond Symphony, the Ocala Symphony, Sinfonia Gulf Coast, Northwest Florida Ballet, Sewanee Summer Festival Symphony, and many other orchestras and ensembles. I love performing orchestral repertoire, chamber music and pretty much anything else you can think of. These days, when I’m not playing music, you can usually find me outside in my garden, or on the saddle of a bicycle.
