Introduction
Katarina has a great communication feeling between other musicians, energetic performance presence and dedicated work ethics. In her studies she was very active with the conservatory orchestras, participating in masterclasses with worldwide known flutists and chamber music projects (two 3rd places in “Best Student Chamber Ensemble” in Riga, Latvia), as well as collaborating with young composers (2nd place in Composition Student Instrumental Chamber Music Competition in Riga, Latvia) and has multiple year experience teaching flute in music schools throughout Latvia.
