Introduction

Lara Lewison is a violinist, painter, and creative coder living in Brooklyn. She
graduated with a B.A. in Music from Columbia University, where she was the 2020
class recipient of the Louis Sudler Prize in the Arts, awarded based on her
combined portfolio of music, painting, and technical art. She is a member of
Symphony in C and has participated in orchestral festivals such as Tanglewood
Music Center and Lucerne Festival Academy. Lara often performs as a solo
Bollywood electric violinist at South Asian events across the country. Currently, she
is working on sound and music for an independent video game.
