Introduction
Canadian freelance flutist Lindsay Bryden has recently returned to Ottawa from a decade in the UK where she performed in numerous festivals and venues including St Martin-in-the-Fields and the Elgar Room at the Royal Albert Hall. Lindsay earned her BMus at the Royal College of Music and her MA under William Bennett at the Royal Academy in London. She was in residence with Trevor Wye at his Flute Studio in Kent in 2018-19. As an NAC Rising Star, Lindsay was nationally broadcast and named a CBC Young Artist of the Year in 2016. She is a grateful recipient of the Sylva Gelber Music Award and two Canada Council grants.
