Introduction
Best to visit my website: musical-presence.com
I teach privately.
I’m currently seeking work as an instrumental and/or choral conductor.
I prefer coaching soloists. I enjoy teaching all levels. My preference is teaching musicians who are ambitious. If you desire or are open to personal transformation, so much the better!
I make observations, musical predictions, and recommendations. If you feel you have technical challenges of expression or difficulties or shortcomings related to form (or if I find you do):
There can be any number of causes and solutions, not all of them physical. I do not claim to be “the” coach or teacher for anyone, but in terms of form, I offer the following, none of which is based on a stiff body/state of being; its just a form that facilitates certain musical technical expression and nuance:
My piano technique is classic German in form but my approach is unusual.
String bow hand form is that of D.C. Dounis, with whom my violin teacher was a live-in protege. I have added to its versatility. Left hand cello technique is my own.

I played cello professionally until tendonitis. Did that teach me anything? Of course! But I took a long time to manifest the courage to utilize my insight.
