Introduction

Ryan Morrison is a freelance horn player and private lessons instructor in the Baltimore area. Previously from Orlando, FL, Mr. Morrison held the position of second horn with the Lakeland Symphony Orchestra from 2018 to 2023. He also performed regularly with the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, the Brevard Symphony Orchestra, the Ocala Symphony Orchestra, the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra, and the Villages Philharmonic Orchestra. Alongside his playing career, Morrison has been teaching private lessons since 2017. A number of his students have made All-District and All-State bands, auditioned for youth orchestras, and have even gone on to win their university’s concerto competitions. Morrison now resides in the Baltimore area where he continues to teach and perform as a freelancer.
