Introduction
I am classically trained from Concordia University, under the tutelage of M. Guy Pelletier, with both a DAMPS (Diploma in advanced music performance studies) and a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts in music performance). I have also had the chance to perfect myself with renowned flutists such as Robert Langevin (N.Y. Phil), Robert Cram (U of Ottawa), Denis Bluteau (MSO), Jean-Philippe Tanguay (Laval SO), Peter Lloyd (London SO) and Alexa Still (Oberlin Conservatory).
I teach at the École de musique classique de Granby Haute-Yamaska and from my home studio. I was the flute specialist at F.A.C.E. School in downtown Montreal for about 14 years. In all, I have almost 20 years experience teaching privately or in chamber groups.
My motto: You’re never too young or too old to learn the flute!
