Introduction
I am a young professional working in the Houston area. In addition to extensive experience performing in wind ensembles, orchestras, and chamber music groups of all sizes, I am also a skilled music librarian, and have worked in event production for over two years. Having college-level teaching experience at Purdue University, my teaching philosophy is grounded in encouraging music students of all ages to keep their love of music in their lives beyond the classroom. I also teach lessons privately out of my home in Houston, TX to flutists of any level and age group, and enjoy visiting local schools to work with young aspiring flutists. My current teaching schedule is:
Mondays: Alvin High School masterclasses, Fairview Junior High lessons
Tuesdays: Manvel High School and Junior High, lessons and masterclasses
Wednesdays: Seven Lakes High School (Katy), lessons
Thursdays: Alvin High School and Junior High, lessons
Friday: home studio
